• FCS Test Scores Exceed State and National Averages
Students at FCS take the Stanford Achievement Tests (SAT) every year and their test scores continue to soar above the state and national grade-level norms. “We’re very proud of our achievement test scores, says, Carolyn Kitchel, who is Vice-Principal and Test Coordinator. “Most schools assess how many students are at or above the 50th percentile, but at Foothill we have moved the bar higher. We ask how many students are at or above the 75th percentile.”
↑ Currently 92 % of all Foothill students scored above the 50th percentile! ↑ Recent tests have shown that 77% of all Foothill students read 1-3 years ahead of the national averages.
