To access registration forms, click on the appropriate grade level. The first page has a checklist of all the forms needed to register your child. You can type right into the forms and download them once completed. Please note that we need a separate set of forms for each child that is enrolling.

Registration packets will not be accepted (and we can not reserve a place for your child) unless all paperwork is submitted along with the registration fees.

Financial Aid Scholarship Applications Now Available

 for the 2008/2009 School Year

In order for family to be considered for a financial scholarship, you must turn in your registration form and fees for your child(ren) for the 08/09 School Year prior to completing and submitting the scholarship application.
